At Olympia Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that skated decks or assembled completes cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
